Jordan, 2024
A Stakeholder Engagement Plan was developed for the “20 Dunums for Change” project in Jordan implemented by the Norwegian Refugee Council, Save the Children Jordan, Helvetas, and the Jordan River Foundation. The project aimed to promote the economic empowerment of Jordanian small farmers and vulnerable Syrian and other workers in the agriculture sector in the Irbid and Mafraq governorates.
The objective of the stakeholder engagement plan was to define a program for stakeholder engagement, including public information disclosure and consultation throughout the entire project cycle. The plan also outlined the ways in which the project team will communicate with stakeholders and includes a mechanism by which people can raise concerns, provide feedback, or make complaints about project activities or any activities related to the project.
